Leading with Purpose is our supervision training program to support professionals in developing practical supervisory skills. The trainings cover key areas such as ethical decision-making, cultural responsiveness, feedback strategies, and fostering professional growth in supervisees. Becoming a Board-Approved Supervisor (LPC-S)

This course satisfies the LPC-S designation for LPCs in Louisiana to become board-approved supervisors.
Dates of 2025 Trainings: July 15-17 (Cancelled); August 19-21 (Full, please choose another training); September 25-27; October 23-25; November 13-15
This workshop has been approved for 25.0 CE clock hours by the Louisiana Counseling Association as authorized by the Louisiana Mental Health Law (R.S.37:1101-1123).

Becoming an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS)

This course satisfies the training hours required for the Approved Clinical Supervisor Credential.
From Counselor to Supervisor: Leading with Purpose for Credentialing & Education (CCE) registered 1011-ACS training provider. This course is approved as a 45 hours for ACS training course.
Purposeful Counseling, LLC has been qualified by the Center for Credentialing and Education, Inc. (CCE) as a Registered Credential Training Provider, RCTP No.1011-ACS, to provide training courses qualified for credit for eligibility for the ACS credential. Courses that qualify for CCE credit are clearly identified. Purposeful Counseling is solely responsible for all aspects of the training courses.
